By Kieran Webber

Toronto trio Odonis Odonis have announced news of their new album ‘Post Plague’, due June 17th via Felte and Telephone Explosion. The band are sharing the first track of pulsating industrial synth sounds with new single ‘Needs’.

Speaking about the track the band said: “‘Needs’ is the song that caused our band to snap, let go of the past and progress as something new. The world is quickly becoming a cold place to live. Narcissism has reached an all time high. This song confronts this new climate. How far are you willing to go at someone else’s expensive?  When communication is no longer face to face it gets easier to step on people on the way to the top.”

‘Needs’ perfectly portrays the mechanic world we live in today and animates the narcissistic society that is rotten at the core, the heavy industrial noise followed by the screeching creates an uneasy and unsettling atmosphere yet an alluring one.
