Gallery | Morocco Through Tom Davis’ Lens

Words : Kieran Webber | Images : Tom Davis

Morocco is not a surf destination for the faint hearted in terms of lifestyle, culture and surf, booming barrels and pushy locals can drive even the most patient man to breaking point.

In between the hassling of locals, smell of shit and questionable treatment of animals, Morocco has a lot to offer especially in terms of visuality. It’s a place that always has something unique or interesting happening and the landscape is as sparse as it is diverse.

Tom spent two months out in this sandy landscape searching for waves and a surf trip like no other, during his two months there he spent his time hunting down the most epic swell, drinking grey goose with locals and literally high tailing from the police.

This is his photo gallery of his time there all taken through 35mm film.
