New Music | Swampmeat – Brand New Cadillac

By Kieran Webber

Swampmeat is the project of Dan Finnemore, former co-frontman of US rock & roll act Low Cut Connie and drummer of The Castillians, as well as a former member of Birmingham cult act Black Mekon. A long-time cult concern in their hometown of Birmingham, Swampmeat is now ready to step out of the shadows – over ten years after the project took its first steps.

The official debut ‘Gin & Tonic’ will be released November 25th via PNKSLM Recordings and will be available on all digital services and limited edition vinyl.

You can get a taste of what to expect via the single release ‘Brand New Cadillac’ a classic rock ‘n’ roll track blended with modern fuzzed out lo fi, it is full of energy, draped in cool and very much it’s own sound.
