The Little Orchard Cider and Music Festival has built itself a strong reputation over the past five years due to it’s stunning location at Healey’s cider farm, fantastic lineups and family friendly attitude. This year the festival aims to expand their reach and have announced that due to the success of last years event they will be increasing the capacity to 5000 people.

We can’t wait to head into the countryside and bathe in the Cornish sun whilst sipping fine beverages whilst a variety of music tickles our ears. If you haven’t been convinced so far then let these 5 reasons help persuade you to join us at this most delightful event.


Stunning Location

Nestled between Truro and Perranporth this gem of a location is accessible yet tucked slightly out of site from the rest of the world. Imagine yourself lent back on a haybale drinking a crisp cider whilst you are gently caressed by the sun, all the while in the horizon all you see is rolling green hills shadowed by high growing trees. This is exactly what Little Orchard provides for you and there are few festivals that provide such simple tranquility.

Being located at Healey’s Cider Farm it means that there is a huge array of different ciders to choose from, if you’re a connoisseur of cider then there really is no better festival for you to be at!

The best thing about The Little Orchard is that it’s not just for adults it is also the perfect place to bring the whole family. There are plenty of activities for children of all ages through the festival from facepainting to a kids Silent Disco, parents can sip a beverage whilst the children get a great taste of festival culture.

Year in year out the Little Orchard manages to pull in a great variety of artists to play on it’s stages, with a strong focus being on local acts especially on the BBC Introducing stage. This year sees a fantastic variety of acts gracing the Orchards stage with bands such as Scouting For Girls, Haunt The Woods and The Wurzles to name but a few. This really is a great opportunity see a wide range of artists in a beautifully intimate location.

Like most people hearing that phrase is nothing short of a relief especially after a summer of expenses or those of you saving up for your winter escapes. The Little Orchard is notorious for being very appeasing to the bank account with a full weekend ticket with camping being just £70!! You really cannot argue prices like that especially for what the festival offers, now don’t be a bleddy idiot and get your ticket here.
