Listen | The Lovely Eggs – Big Sea

By Kieran Webber

DIY punk rockers The Lovely Eggs have returned with their new single ‘Big Sea’, taken from their recent album ‘This Is Eggland’.

‘Big Sea’ is a rallying anthem that questions the normal and asks you to rally round and question the stereotypical. This message is delivered through reverb laden vocals, whirling synths and an infectious riff. The single will be available on a 7″ surf blue vinyl on May 18th.

Speaking on the single Holly Ross said “It’s a pretty deep song really,”she continues, “It questions the ridiculousness of human ritualistic behaviour and tries to look at what life is all about, the universe and stuff, and the mystery that weaves its way through everything.”
