Australian Indie-Rock band DMA’S announce their new album, How Many Dreams? will be released on 31st March and share new single

Following on from their 2021 EP ‘I Love You Unconditionally, Sure Am Going to Miss You ‘and #4 UK Chart-placing LP ‘The Glow’, DMA’S are back, with new sounds, a new single and a whole new album out on 31st March.

It has been two years since DMA’S last full length EP and they’re returning with a bang with both the new LP as well as a huge UK headline tour next March.

Along with the announcement comes ‘Everybody’s Saying Thursday’s The Weekend‘, a laid-back pop song with a dreamy atmosphere and a joyous music video.

The chorus is filled with nostalgia and sentimentality and Tommy O’Dell’s vocals compliment this perfectly. Instrumentally, the track is reserved, with a poppy lightness, twinkling synths and controlled guitars. The band continue to prove that they can still cook up a great pop song.

Guitarist Johnny Took describes the song as “about letting go of the things that weigh us down” and this weightlessness is evident throughout the entire track’s laid back runtime.

. ‘How Many Dreams?’ is out on 31st March via I OH YOU.
