By Kieran Webber

The troubadour has made Cornwall a constant regular when he hits the road to tour, seeing him play in various locations across the county. His politically infused folk music cuts down to the very core of the worlds issues, telling the listener how it is, not sugar coated or full of bullshit. It’s this biting, politically charged honesty that has made Beans On Toast into a countrywide cult phenomenon. His important messages are delivered through a tongue in cheek attitude and completely charming. You won’t leave the gig ready to start a revolution but it may just make you think twice before ordering a McDonalds.

Beans makes his way to Truro this month with his latest offering ‘A Bird in the Hand’, an album about love, life and the beauty of the world we live in. Expect an uplifting but poignant performance from his Truro show on Thursday 21st February.
