Boardmasters Festival has just dropped a huge second wave of acts including The Wombats, Bombay Bicycle Club, and more!

After tantalizing tickle with the first wave of announcements that included headliners George Ezra, Disclosure, and Kings Of Leon the Cornish festival has just announced an impressive 60+ more acts. The second wave features a wide variety of artists who range through a variety of genres, there’s truly something for everyone. Acts including The Wombats, Bombay Bicycle Club, Self Esteem, Kurupt FM, and many many more.

The Wombats will be bringing their 15 year catalogue to the festival, including tracks from their superb new album ‘Fix Yourself, Not The World’. A band that still remain fresh even today, their set is no doubt going to be a nostalgic yet exciting indie experience.

In addition to this you also have the iconic Bombay Bicycle Club, who in 2020 had a huge return with their soaring fifth studio album Everything Else Has Gone Wrong’. In addition to their new material this is also an opportunity to catch them play iconic tracks such as ‘Always Like This’, ‘Shuffle’, and more.

If these don’t get the juices flowing there is also a HUGE variety of other artists such as Greentea Peng, Rachel Chinouriri, Holy Goof, Palace to name a few.

However, Day Tickets go on pre-sale this Thursday 4th February, and general on sale Friday 5th February. Be sure to grab your tickets ASAP, as it’s looking likely that Boardmasters 2022 is going to be a total sell out.

As always the WSL surf competition will be returning to Fistral Beach, where some of the world’s best surfers will be battling it out on the iconic home of British surfing. It’s shaping up to be a weekend of sun (fingers crossed), surf, and good times.
