Indie-punk four-piece FLOWVERS are seemingly going from strength to strength with every new release they add to their musical catalogue. Hailing from the city of Portsmouth, the band found their inception in 2016 and have since toured with the likes of Swim Deep, Jaws, Black Honey and Coach Party.

Originally released at the beginning of August, FLOWVERS have unveiled beguiling visuals to accompany the anthemic and pulsing cut ‘Far Away’. Setting the scene with an eerily gritty aesthetic, their unrelenting energy is echoed through purposefully jittery perspectives and drilling instrumentation.

For fans of Circa Waves, ‘Far Away’ is an anthemic cut featuring soaring vocals from Moretti and an evident, unyielding passion from the quartet on full display.

Set in a disused prison in their hometown, the band divulge: “As despair looms, and anguish resonates, friend and director Alex Fountain guides us through the themes of our latest single ‘Far Away’. Henceforth finding the comfortable level of appropriacy that HM Kingston Prison holds. Resulting in a video depictive of the many dreary lives spent here.”
