Lauran Hibberd is arguably one of the most exciting artists around at the moment and it would appear that 2019 might just be her year. Her latest single ‘Call Shotgun’ has been streamed on Spotify an impressive 500,000 times, a number likely to grow. She will also be touring with Hippocampus on their UK tour later this year.
It’s really no surprise that the artist has started to make waves as her infectious and sickly sweet indie-rock tunes are utterly delightful. Her soft yet biting vocals brush through the bouncing, anthemic soundscape creating a warm, alluring atmosphere. The emotionally driven songwriting makes her stand out from her counterparts and we cannot wait to see what she brings to the table in 2019.
