The Leeds newcomers Melancholy Ray have marked their arrival with their debut single ‘New Routine’. A classic indie track that blends coming of age lyrics with jangly guitars and crooning vocals.
It’s a familiar track that is remiscent of artists such as The Strokes & Arctic Monkeys earlier material.
‘New Routine’ acts as a great start for the fledgling band and sets the precedent for what is to come.
