London quartet The Boxer Rebellion have a knack of writing album after album of jaw dropping beauty, and their 5th is no exception. Now in their fifteenth year as a band, ‘Ocean by Ocean’ is quite simply The Boxer Rebellion’s most complete record to date and the band have announced its release on April 29th, as well a short run of intimate shows and brand new album track ‘Keep Me Close’.
Like an aging whiskey the band have got better with age and the addition of guitarist Andrew Smith has truly widened their scope this is particularly evident in latest single ‘Keep Me Close’, a beautifully crafted track that draws the listener in only to blow them away, the unique blend of synths and groovy guitar create an atmosphere that takes you into a portal to another dimension.
