It’s been almost two decades since baby TOBACCO first plugged in a tape deck, popped the top, and found the dark magic that’s fuelled so many sonic forays into his genre-less bog of beat-blasted hypnagogia and otherworldly yet earthen pop. Since then the Pennsylvanian music conjuror has helmed countless Black Moth Super Rainbow releases, remixed outsiders as diverse as HEALTH and White Zombie, he even produced for Aesop Rock and Beck.
However, more recently TOBACCO has been working on his fourth solo LP ‘Sweatbox Dynasty’ out August 19th via Ghostly International, to get you all hyped you can listen to the first single ‘Gods In Heat’ a jarring, thumping electronic number that teeters on insanity.
