London based Arlo Parks has had so many wonderful things happen for her since her debut track ‘Cola’ With radio play from the likes of BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra and Triple j to name a few. Also, she has been backed by the likes of COLORS, i-D, and Vogue Magazine, again, just to name a few.
Arlos’ new release ‘Angel’s Song’ is here and wonderful as ever. Writing the track at just 16 for a struggling friend, it is quite obvious that she is a songwriter and a poet. The acoustic song is very subtle in melody, being low energy and soft throughout. Arlo truly loves this person she is writing the song for, even if they don’t love themselves.
Arlo is still only 19 and has just finished her A-levels. Throughout all of the exam stress, she has still managed to sign a record deal with Transgressive, but not without lots of interest throughout the industry. Also, she played her first headline show, then Glastonbury, amidst many other festivals. The list goes on with many more mammoth accomplishments for her to be proud of.
