The alt/electro pop outfit Cannons have shared the dreamy new single ‘Hurricane’, taken from their forthcoming album

The alternative/electro pop group from Cannons have just dropped the dreamy and ethereal new single ‘Hurricane’, taken from their forthcoming album ‘Fever Dream’ (out March 25th via Columbia Records).

The new single follows their incredibly popular previous single ‘Fire For You’, which has amassed over 100 million streams. Not to mention being featured in Netflix’s Never Have I Ever.

‘Hurricane’ is oozing in cool, pushed forward by a groove-laden bass, similar to Tame Impala‘s more recent material. The swirling synths and Michelle Joy’s ethereal yet sultry vocals caress the listeners ears, creating an incredibly alluring yet chilled atmosphere. It’s unashamedly confident throughout, making it a terribly infectious release. However, there is still a delicate side to ‘Hurricane’, a sense of fragility that boasts their captivating songwriting.
