The Moss release “bitter sweet” new single ‘Insomnia’ & announce new EP for January 2023

Following a summer surfing the Hawaiian coast whilst producing an unforgettable single: ‘Insomnia’, alt-rock band, The Moss have announced they will be taking on North America in their tour beginning December 31st.

For those living under a rock, The Moss are one of those bands that are in the midst of making history. Their distinctive sound, which flawlessly merges indie surf-pop, grunge-rock and ’60s-blues has built them a not just huge fanbase, but a place on the ‘Pandora 10’ and a spot on ‘Spotify US Viral 50’.

‘Insomnia’ is arguably the band’s best musical endeavour yet. The combination of Tyke James’ versatile vocal tone, Addison Sharps’ explosive guitar strums, Willie Fowler’s (Drummer) fast-paced beat and the roaring bass of Caiden Jackson perfectly captures the Hawaiian lifestyle that inspires their music through and through.

Though about that “bittersweet point in a relationship where you can’t sleep at night when you are away from them” (as stated by James), ‘Insomnia’ is everything but downbeat. It is an explosive anthem that leaves your feet itching to dance, it’s the carefree pulse that makes their discography more than just a collection of songs, it’s the tune that, as an audience, it’s impossible not to interact with. If you have the opportunity to catch them on their tour, rest assured you will not be disappointed.
