Noisy And Outspoken returns for season 3 with an array of high profile guests

Friend of CLUNK Magazine, Em Marcovecchio has long been impressing us with her hard work, passion, determination, and photography for the best part of 5 years now. She is a relentless worker that is fast becoming one of the UK’s most recognisable photographers and creatives. In addition to all her photography skills, Em is also a podcast host of her own creation Noisy And Outspoken. This was originally called Noisy Women but has entered a rebrand for season 3, where Em wants to refocus the conversation to highlight the incredible work by women and Non-binary people in the music industry.

In season 3 Em will be talking to a wide range of creatives, from journalists through to producers and more. This podcast is essential listening for those wanting to join the music industry and for those that are living and breathing it already.

Speaking about the new season Em explains: “I feel so excited to speak to so many inspiring people throughout the season, and hope to make a difference to other young creatives who feel like they don’t belong within the industry, to show them yes, they do!”

She continues: “After working under Noisy Women for nearly two years, I felt that the podcast spoke too much of the negative impacts that women and non-binary people faced while working within the industry. We’ve seen a lot of change throughout the industry in the last two years, I felt like changing the name and branding was a great way to refocus the conversation. Most people seem to now know that the industry is biased towards men, so instead of talking about the negative experiences that have happened to us, let’s focus on showcasing our incredible work and talented individuals working within the industry instead.”
