The musical project of Alex Cherney appears to be in an unstoppable form. Since starting the musical project Rey, Alex has released a string of successful singles and released his debut album ‘The Thing About Everywhere’.
Now the American artist returns with his stunning new single ‘Chapter Book’, taken from the ‘B’s and Seeds’ EP, a collection of new tracks and those that didn’t make it to the recent album.
‘Chapter Book’ continues Rey‘s gentle and relaxing sound, subtle strokes of the guitar breeze in unison with his warm vocals. It’s a reflective track that explores heartbreak, life, loss and acceptance. This story is delivered masterfully through Rey‘s charming songwriting and inviting delivery.
