The Cat Magic came together with a formed love for bands such as The War On Drugs, Tame Impala, and Radiohead, all clear influences within their own music. It was a bedroom project that quickly turned into a fully functional, multi-instrumental live outfit.
After a successful EP release in late 2018 and and two following singles the band return with latest release ‘Just The Way’. A whirring bout of psychedelic sounds, driven forward by ethereal vocals, spaced out guitar and shimmering synths. It’s a spellbinding experience that pulls the listener in, taking them on a sonic exploration. It’s a glistening release from the band that boasts their creative outlook into the genre.
