The London Desert-rockers The Howlers are back and with a bang. Their newest energetic cut ‘Never Enough’ boasts wild instrumentation and infectious lyrics, the band are making a name for themselves with their own unique brand of indie rock.

The enigmatic trio are no stranger to gaining praise from some of the most esteemed publications, with previous support from the likes of BBC Radio 1 and 6, The Independent, and Gigwise, the boys are on an almost unstoppable upwards trajectory.

Speaking on the new track the band divulge: â€˜When we first wrote ‘Never enough’ we didn’t have any money to rehearse so we set a drum kit up in Cams room and then made as much noise as possible before the neighbours came home from work, we didn’t even have a title for it until we went into the studio and even then it had the nickname ‘Match Of e Day’ as to us it sounded like it belonged soundtracking the goals of week, it has a raw simplistic energy to it those tracks only come along once in a blue moon. The track really speaks for itself, it’s simply about wanting more from life, I was taught growing up if you want something you’ve gotta fight for it, Don’t give up on the journey, the ups and downs, having to sometimes suck it up and get on with it, that’s what it’s all about’.

‘Never Enough’ runs a narrative of financial struggles and hardship, with the veining message of never giving up and battling through hard times. Backed by a roaring electric guitar and persistent percussion, vocals shine atop the driving instrumentation to give an energy-filled track.

Their highly anticipated upcoming EP, ‘The Sum Of Our Fears’ is due out August 26th. To support the release the band are heading out on a string of UK tour dates across November and December.
