The boys from the big apple have confirmed their new album and played the new track ‘Ode To The Mets’. The Strokes took the opportunity to unveil the new music at their recent show in New York. Before playing the new track lead singer Julian Casablancas said “Yeah, we’ve got a new album coming out soon! 2020, here we come“.

During this performance at the Barclays Centre, Brooklyn they also played ‘The Adults Are Talking’. A track teased last year that endorsed the American bands comeback. The new album will be the bands first since 2013’s ‘Comedown Machine’.
