Sudan Archives has released her latest single, ‘COME AND FIND YOU’, ahead of the release of her upcoming album ‘THE BPM’ – an electric, dance heavy single about finding connection and love
Mia Lambdin
Music journalist from Wiltshire, based in London
Incorporating her signature sharp violin sound, the track interweaves this with eclectic drumbeats and percussion amongst strong vocals. The song was developed from a loop that was quickly turned into a beat, creating the canvas for what would become ‘COME AND FIND YOU’. The elements taken from various instruments and genres to create this sound is extremely impressive, a mix of traditional and digital blending to produce a confident, earnest single.
‘THE BPM’ is set to be Sudan Archives’ best release yet, created in a tight circle with the aim of releasing her full expression. Sharing thoughts on her upcoming album, Sudan Archives shares “no one can take away your rhythm from you – no one can take away your self-will. All those things can be your own power if you utilize them right.”
