The Heavy Jelly tour set the bar high for punk duo SOFT PLAY in their grand return to live venues and first headline tour in 6 years
It’s been just over a month since the iconic duo of Laurie Vincent and Isaac Holman stormed back into the charts with SOFT PLAY’S album’ Heavy Jelly‘ stormed into the UK Album Charts at No. 3. This marks a significant rebirth for the British punk duo, who previously found success as SLAVES.
With a No. 3 album and coming in hot off the back of a successful summer playing festivals, the duo delivered a raw, high-energy set that blew the roof of the sold-out Manchester Academy. Delivering a whopping 19-track set it’s clear the duo had a blast bringing songs both new and old to the packed-out sweaty venue.
