Olivia Dean shares new video for ‘Messy’ track ‘Ladies Room’ as well as news of a second headline Eventim Apollo show

Lifted from her debut album ‘Messy’ and thrusted into a limelight of its own is Olivia Dean’s late single ‘Ladies Room.’ The standout track is accompanied by a spellbinding music video shot by Sirius Graham, capturing the real life magic of Olivia’s live shows.

Inspired by the camaraderie that takes place between women in the toilets of a bar, club or event, ‘Ladies Room’ is a real female focused anthem that gets plenty of girls dancing. The track explores universal themes of friendship and womanhood with open-hearted storytelling and all-too-familiar, conversational lyrics. These precious moments are captured in the new video as you watch adoring fans sing the words back to her with the cheesiest grin on her face.

In true Olivia Dean fashion, the music video takes the format of a performance, similar to the likes of ‘The Hardest Part’ and ‘Echo’ but this time, with a crowd of friendly faces in the Big Apple. The star vibes on the stage like performing is her second nature as she stuns in a sequin dress, reflecting the light.

It’s a blessing that this night in New York documented for the video is not something we’re going to miss out on, as Dean is heading out on a sold out UK/Europe tour next spring. Due to its high demand  – 30,000 tickets sold – and the never ending hype surrounding Olivia’s music, a second date has been added to the Eventim Apollo Show in London. These nights are the biggest headline shows of her career thus far.
