Asher White Announces New Album ‘8 Tips For Full Catastrophe Living’

Pearse Connick

Writer and guitarist, big fan of playing and listening to all kinds of music

White’s latest album will be her 16th album release at just 25 years old and will be released September 12th

At only 25 years of age, Asher White has announced what will be her 16th album and confirmed its release on the 12th of September this year.

8 tips for full catastrophe living’ comes not long after Asher’s previous most recent, and arguably most acclaimed album, ‘home constellation study’ there was destined to be even more outside curiosity going into this release.

The album is said to have been inspired by self-help books, but Asher herself admits that she finds comedy in the way the name insists the total opposite of self-help. It will definitely be exciting to see just how she orchestrates each of the album’s tracks into the catastrophe mentioned in the title.

Asher White is known for never sticking to one kind of music and, throughout her career, she continues to prove it. Anyone who is interested in this new album but haven’t yet listened to her previous works are in for an exciting journey through many different styles of music, which is bound to leave them shocked by the serious talent on display throughout each release.

As of right now Asher White will be playing three shows towards the end of June with Deerhoof but hopefully there’ll be more to come following the release of the album .

Asher White‘s latest single ‘Beers with my name on them‘ is out now. ‘8 Tips For Full Catastrophe Living‘ is out September 12th via Joyful Noise.
