Following the release of their latest single ‘Give It Time’, Goose have announced their latest album ‘Everything Must Go,’ out on 25th April
The new single marks Goose’s first release since 2022 and highlights the band’s evolution, with Peter Anspach (singer/keyboardist/guitarist) saying the harmonies on the track are a “Personification of that bond we’ve built together to get to this point”.
Since their inception in 2014, Goose have been evolving and ‘Give It Time’ represents the start of a new era with its soft, slow start before developing into loud and colourful guitars in the last two minutes of the nearly seven-minute track.
‘Everything Must Go’ acts as an arrival of sorts for the band and an opportunity “to wipe the slate clean” as Mitarotonda explains. The album is set to draw from previous work, especially their live performances, but primarily focus on their growth as a group.
The upcoming ‘Everything Must Go Summer Tour’ is set to celebrate the release of the new album and is highlighted by a headline show at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Goose kick off their North American Tour February 6th, with multiple festival appearances coming in the summer too.
