KEO have recently announced fans will have the opportunity to see their sold out set from their Village Underground from 2024 and will be playing in a select few indie cinemas across the country on 25th February.
The band posted on their Instagram page last week, “We filmed our set at Village Underground and we’re releasing it in indie cinemas around the UK. A special night for us, captured on film.” ‘Live At Village Underground‘ will be shown in nine venues across the UK including Birmingham, London and Leeds.
It’s a nice touch from KEO, who are going from strength to strength and will be headlining Ritual Union in Bristol this March. ‘Live At Village Underground‘ also adds a bit of variety to the promotion of the band’s music, breaking away from the usual single, album, tour cycle. Bands such as Turnstile have also entered into film (‘Never Enough‘) and have even won prestigious music awards whilst they were at it.
