Lambrini Girls’ new single is an explosive, heavy guitar track to complement the massive middle finger they give the establishment

In addressing themes of corruption, inequality and poverty, Lambrini Girls display some serious in-your-face music on this new single.

‘God’s Country’ steers away from shyness with its hefty guitar riffs, dropping straight into savage punk with a rhythm reminiscent of 90s grunge. Phoebe Lunny’s vocals tell you how it is, direct and bold, as they smash your face against inequality, hoping to make some sense out of it all. ‘God’s Country’ calls out the far right, challenges the government and tells the realities of food banks and hardships that many face in the UK.

There’s no holding back; Lambrini Girls’ lyrics explore some of the most controversial news headlines we’ve seen over the last few years. This single has you stomping for justice; the instrumentals pump enough adrenaline into your veins that you’ll find yourself running head-first towards the gates of Buckingham Palace.

With Lambrini Girls last show selling out months in advance, they have announced a headline show at London’s SCALA on the 13th of June. You can book tickets HERE.
