Bringing together a variety of different genres that includes indie, post-punk, electronica, techno, and jazz, Wide Awake offers a dynamic lineup of performers. The line-up boasts emerging and established acts such as Shame, IDLES, Tinariwen, Dream Wife, Kikagu Moyo, and many more!

Organiser of Wide Awake, Marcus Weedon comments, “It’s been a tough year for everyone, not least the festival and event industry, and we have been working very hard to ensure Wide Awake is brilliantly curated with the safety of everyone at the forefront.”
Wide Awake aims to incorporate a counter-culture experience whilst facilitating a strong policy for sustainability. The ‘Wide Awake Positive Policy’ will ensure standards such as leaving to trace of litter, the use of only compostable plastic and cutlery, and only permit biodegradable stage effects. This is all in order to promote and change the ways in which live music events take responsibility for being more sustainable.
