Italian-born artist casablanca has today, released the music video for his brand-new single ‘Drama in the Calm’.
Exploring themes of anxiety, depression and obsessive thoughts, the London-based artist and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, blends 90s nostalgic indie and the essence of brit-pop within his music creating a brilliant fusion of passion and character. ‘Drama in the Calm’ is no exception and is super stunning.
Upon releasing his video, casablanca commented: “This song is about mental health, anxiety and obsessive thoughts. I thought the wind turbines and their never-ending circles would be a perfect metaphor for it. The rest is a surrealistic puzzle, just like our minds when under stress, and it’s up to the viewer.”
