Regan Charteris
My name is Regan and I moved to England two years ago to pursue a postgraduate degree in music business. Iโm an artist manager and journalist now based in Leeds! I absolutely adore so many genres that fuse between post-punk, country-punk, and art-rock.
Alien Chicks’ latest single is a spellbinding venture and a hate letter to the music industry
Alien Chicks are becoming London’s essential name in the post-punk realm of live music. Coated with thunderous lyrics and wicked instrumentation, ‘Illuminati‘ stands strong as a new single that continues to push the boundaries for the band.
Alien Chicks detail their new track as: “a hate letter to the music industry… this is a song for the [DIY] scene and for those who understand what being in a band is all about.” After reading their vigorous language describing who and what the song is written for, those words had me pressing play as fast as humanly possible.
‘Illuminati‘ is out now via Hideous Mink Records and SO Recordings, and also available on digital platforms.
