The Cribs release lead single ‘Summer Seizures‘ from upcoming album ‘Selling A Vibe‘ coming January 9th

The Cribs have announced their first album in five years, returning with new lead single ‘Summer Seizures’ – also the first track written for the upcoming release, pinpointing a specific place in time in life for the band and acting as the perfect souvenir.

‘Summer Seizures’ takes on a poppier direction than previous releases by the brothers, allowing for the track to feel hopeful and optimistic towards the future. Vocal harmonies fill the chorus alongside lighthearted guitar riffs.

The band have always taken an earnest approach towards their music, but after spending time recouping as family long before writing the new album together. The new album, ‘Selling A Vibe’ is set to be their most honest and down-to-Earth release yet. Guitarist and vocalist Ryan Jarman has summarised the new track, sharing “it’s a song about love, tragedy and learning to live with yourself, all set during summertime in NYC.”

The Cribs’ new album ‘Selling A Vibe‘ will be releasing on January 9th.
