I’m Evan, a 19 year old concert photographer based and raised in Glasgow. Being from Glasgow, I’ve always been around music from a young age, either going to concerts with my parents as young as 5 or playing a variety of instruments throughout my childhood. Photography has also been a passion for many years and to combine both together and music has been nothing but great.
Edinburgh Psych Fest returns on Sunday 6th September with a promising blend of experimental buzz and long-standing favourites
Edinburgh Psych Festival returns this September with one of its biggest lineups to date. Angine de Poitrine, Ty Segall and Stereolab top the bill, joined by the likes of Shame, Model/Actriz, GHOSTWOMAN and Bleech 9:3 and many more.
This year’s festival expands with two new venues joining the EPF circuit: the Usher Hall, which will host the new main stage, and La Belle, making it the festival’s biggest edition yet.
Festival organisers have also confirmed that headliners Angine de Poitrine, Ty Segall and Stereolab will not clash on 6th September, giving fans the chance to catch all three headline sets across the day. For those hoping to discover some local talent, Edinburgh’s own Isabella Strange, Acolyte and Lucky Briar are all on this year’s lineup.
With a lineup spanning psych rock, post-punk, shoegaze and experimental sounds, Edinburgh Psych Fest is shaping up to be one of this year’s standout alternative festivals.
