The eclectic post-punk band from Bristol have started 2019 with a real punch to the throat with their latest single ‘Jealous’ (out now via Balley Records).
The latest single is another reminder that they are one of the most important punk bands of the 21st century. It rings a similar chime to earlier punk pioneers The Clash, only with a darker, sharper edge. The chanting vocals lead the barrage of jagged edged riffs and thumping percussion, creating a dizzying soundscape. ‘Jealous’ tackles the ugliness and self-destructive manner of jealousy, in a scathing and biting way.
