There’s an amazing summer ahead for rock incomers NOISY with support slots with the likes of Yungblood and You Me At Six, and having a set at Reading & Leeds, the DIY lads from Worthing are set to skyrocket.
With the release of their new single ‘Days Go By’, we chatted with the lads to find out more about everything NOISY.
Lana: Hey guys! How are you doing?
N: Yes yes! Weโre good thank you, tucked away in the studio working on lots of new tunes.
Lana: Tell us, who are โNOISYโ?
N: Weโre a three piece band from Worthing.
Lana: What three words would you use to describe your sound?
N: Rock and Roll Rave, Sorry thats 4โฆ
Lana: Talk to us about your new release โYoung Dumbโ! Whatโs the story behind it?
N: It was quite an instant song to be honest. We collaborated with a friend of ours called NVDES on the beat and it quickly felt so exciting. We all actually had covid around the time the track came about so most of the work was done on zoom. Lyrically, it was a topic that we hadnโt really touched on before but felt like it suited the vibe of the song down to a T.

Lana: So, youโre heading out on tour with both Yungblud and You Me At Six, how does it feel to know youโll be opening up for such prestigious acts?
N: Feels mental! To share a stage with artists like that is a blessing man. Canโt wait to smash it up in those fat venues.
Lana: Are these artists that you take particular influence from at all?
N: We take influence from so many different types of music. I donโt think weโve ever referenced one single artist or genre when writing.
Lana: Whoโs your dream artist to tour with?
N: The Prodigy would be incredible.
Lana: What can we expect from the future of โNOISYโ?
N: A lot of mental shows and loads more music, weโve been working on some really cool collabs with some sick artists recently too so hopefully theyโll be dropping at some point.
