You’ll find her behind the lens at live music events, or expanding her ever-growing plant family.

Gigi Moss is a name you’re going to be hearing lots of in the near future.

From North West London and boasting a distinctive, soulful voice – think Birdy, Lauryn Hill, Adele – Moss’s varied range and lyricism have put her in stead for a career of recognition. Lyrics focused on meaningful spoken word, her passion for sound and storytelling really come through in her work.

Moss is just twenty years old and already making waves in the music scene. Attracting the likes of multi-platinum artist AJ Tracey, grime artist/celebrity TV Chef Big Zuu and many more, Moss is set for a string of releases and live performances over the next few months that we just can’t wait for.

Linking up with producer Richard Smith, Moss’s new release ‘Poisoned Whispers’ is just the first slice of what’s coming for this young, talented woman. The song gives insight into the realities of a toxic, poisonous love and the emotional challenges that come from this kind of relationship. The accompanying music video shows the luscious skyline of London, gorgeous romantic sunsets and Gigi Moss and friends singing along to the new track.

Moss’s soft vocals are as smooth as chocolate on this one; sandwiched between the excitable, building beat and the saxophone of bliss – who could deny a saxophone. Expect to play this on repeat, as the abrupt end screams for more. Fitting perfectly with the story behind the music, end things suddenly or try again?

This track is the perfect sound for this time. Offering a bop to push us through the next stage of the pandemic. The sun is starting to shine, days are getting longer, sunsets are more beautiful and the end is in sight. With skippy beats and a collection of drums, hi-hats and snappy snares – summer loving is truly depicted here.
