Recently the Swedish based all female psych outfit MaidaVale blew us away with their recent live session with Tapetown Studios. The live recording of new single ‘Gold Mind’ is an exciting barrage psychedelic tangents backed by a flurry of guitars and driven percussion.

The live recording has the bands ability to create experimental psychedia with deep, hard percussion and infectious riffs on full show, leaving the listener wanting more. It is reminiscent of the golden sounds of the sixties and seventies, with a particular Black Sabbath vibe shining through with a hint of Hawkwind.
