Malady Were Kind Enough To Let Us Hang Out With Them During Their Debut Scottish Show
London’s Malady make their Scottish debut supporting Noisy at Glasgow’s Mchuills on Sunday night. Despite only having a couple (released) tracks to their name, the four piece comprised of Percy, Charlie, Ertan and Khaleem are sure shaking things up with their unpredictably punching and honest sound.
Produced to perfection, each one also transfers beautifully to portray an impressive live performance. Post show and huddled in to the smallest of green rooms, a bottle of tequila is passed round to celebrate what is the first (of hopefully many) visits to Scotland. It’s not long after we find ourselves scattered around a pool table, chatting all things music, post-pandemic daydreams and haggis.
As far as first impressions go, Malady have successfully hit it off with our city. Winning hearts of many new fans, this is a band with a lot to say and the undeniable talent to speak it.
