Based in the country town of Colac in South-West Victoria, Australia. The Attics formed in 2011 dropping a dark and moody indie rock EP based around the minimal electronic music Cameron Wade had been producing on his computer.
Now, in 2016 The Attics have embraced the more electronic elements of of their music with the new single ‘Bluffing’, bringing forward 80’s pop synth driven ballads and jangly guitars that float over funk riddled bass hooks. It looks to the past but remains current.
It is a shimmering indie gem that is bursting at the seams with feel good vibes that seems to be endless.
