Bristolโ€™s Ritual Union festival has shared its final wave of artists for the upcoming multi-venue day festival on the 28th of March.

Returning to Bristol for the first time since 2022, Working Menโ€™s Club join headliners Keo, bringing their signature blend of post-punk, synth and dance music.

Also joining the lineup is Irish/Cornish band GIRL IN THE YEAR ABOVE. Currently on a European tour supporting The Kooks and recently featuring on the Peaky Blinders’ film soundtrack, the band donโ€™t even have music released yet – guess youโ€™ll have to catch them live!

Dead Dadโ€™s Club have also been announced, fronted by former Palma Violets frontman Chilli Jesson, having released their eponymous debut album in January of this year.

The additions of Beaks, Disgusting Sisters, Dogsbody, Gia Ford, Lavender, Tenderness and Waldoโ€™s Gift conclude the lineup for what is set to be a fantastic instalment of Ritual Union.

Festival promoter Lawrence Coales-Duffy says the team is โ€œthrilledโ€ with this yearโ€™s billing.

โ€œAt its core, the event has always been about new music discovery and we are delighted to be welcoming a whole host of new artists to Bristol for the very first time, we anticipate a warm Bristolian welcome for acts like Girl In The Year Above and Beaks,โ€ he said.

โ€œThe addition of Working Menโ€™s Club to the bill provides an opportunity for music re-discovery, with the band having not played the city since 2022.

โ€œWaldoโ€™s Gift help to satisfy our other main aim of championing local Bristol artists, we are sure their set at Electric will be a highlight.โ€

Ritual Union shall take place on Saturday 28th March at Strange Brew, Rough Trade and Electric Bristol.
