‘Every Bad’ will drop on 13th March 2020

By Oliver Burton

After releasing three singles, each one adding a different hectare to their musical playing field – Porridge Radio have themselves in a favourable position at the start of what will be their most important year.

In 2019 the band assumed creative leaps and bounds, their sound reflecting a departure from a style which at times descended into self indulgence. Songs such as ‘Give / Take’ and ‘Donโ€™t Ask me Twice’ serve to accent a common ground between artistic credibility and a fresh accessibility which
has seen the band quickly assume a more valued following.

Since propelling themselves back into the South London spotlight, they exist not only on the twitter feeds of the bald headed 6 Music mafia, but also in the conscience of a younger demographic – which will surely prove to be crucial in the long run.
