The Oxfordshire festival returns with a line-up that is eye wateringly brilliant and it just got BIGGER

Truck Festival returns for 2023 and to say they’ve come out with an absolutely stellar line-up is an understatement. Their first announcement that came last month saw them unveil headliners Royal BloodAlt-JTwo Door Cinema Club and The Wombats, plus hundreds of other artists.

Now, the festival returns with yet even more glorious news and a strengthening of an already total unit of a line-up. The latest announcement includes indie-punk outfit English Teacher, rising indie starlets FEET, chart toppers The Reytons, and more.

In addition to this, 2023 sees the return of the regular Palm City stage, curated by local Oxfordshire promoters Switch. Bringing you some of the best electronic beats to run late into the night, this year DJ sets will come from jungle and drum ‘n’ bass expert SHY FX & Dread MC, reggae aficionado David Rodgian and soulful drum ‘n’ bass duo Hybrid Minds alongside Tempza. They’ll also be joined by Charlie TeeSolah & Emma BChimpoOppidanKara and Matt Fluid across the weekend.

Truck Festival are also offering emerging talent the chance to place at the festival as part of their Band App competition. Closing on Monday 3rd April 2023 at 5pm, Truck have enlisted the help of Radio X’s John Kennedy to choose some worthy winners of those coveted festival slots – acts can enter Apply To Play 2023 here. Previous winners of Truck Festival’s Band App competition include CassiaBloxxFUR and Hotel Lux.

Speaking on the new additions to Truck Festival’s line up Festival Manager Lily Brimble said: “It feels surreal that we are just under four months away from being back in the fields at Truck 2023, and we couldn’t be more excited to be bringing a lineup packed with the most talked-about bands and artists into one place – perfect for fans to discover their favourite new artists and celebrate those soundtracking the here and now! Truck has always thrived when spotlighting future trailblazers and the best in the scene right now, and this year is no exception. We can’t wait to be back, and we can’t wait to see everyone there for our biggest Truck to date!”
