Indie-folk singer and songwriter Austin Crane, better known as Valley Maker, is bringing you a one-off performance this month which you will be able to stream live. Austin will be joined by a long standing collaborator of his named Amy Godwin. The performance will take place on Saturday 20th March, so make sure to tune in via GCTV.

Valley Maker has most recently released his album ‘When The Day Leaves‘ making it his fourth studio album. Created during the pandemic, this album conveys the unexpectedness of life told through Austin’s own lived experiences.
Working with producer Trevor Spencer and singer Amy Godwin, the album was recorded in the woods of the Pacific Northwest over a three-week period. This recording time reflects the persona of the albums generational limbo in which many of us are feeling at this time.
Austin has also shared his handwritten lyric video for the opening track ‘Branch I Bend‘. The song would best be described as a love letter to nature which beautifully encapsulates the tone of ‘When The Day Leaves‘.
