After the release of her last single ’23’, Wallice has just released the new track ‘Hey Michael’. If you liked ’23’ you’re definitely going to like this one.
Wallice informs us that ‘Hey Michael’ is a song that is a funny call out to the people that manipulate and gaslight other people, whilst being a supportive track to anyone who has experienced these types of people. This new track is one of those tracks that is extremely calming but you could easily dance your heart out to.
‘Hey Michael’ is a revenge anthem for anyone who has encountered a gaslighting, manipulative person. It’s what I wish I would have said to all the ‘Michael’s’ I have met in my life. You should have listened to your gut instinct and swiped left on this Michael” explains Wallice.
By watching the music video you really get a feel for the storyline and the concept of the song. Wearing an oversized businessman suit and tie, Wallice starts the video by dancing in front of a pool with a perfectly lit spotlight where she then pushes ‘Michael’ into the pool. The video only gets more interesting from there.
With plans to release her debut EP ‘Off The Rails’ in the early summer, we think will be a summer must-have from what we have seen so far from Wallice.
