Baxter Dury announces new album ‘Allbarone’ and drops title track with new music video

One of the UKโ€™s most exciting acts Baxter Dury has announced his upcoming album, โ€˜Allbaroneโ€™, set to be released on 12th September 2025 with Heavenly Recordings. The music video for the title track is out now.

From the second he stepped offstage at Glastonbury 2024, Dury was approached by producer Paul Epworth who began meetings to develop the new album. Recorded across two months, the process led to what has been described as Duryโ€™s โ€œmost melodically direct, futuristic collectionโ€ yet.

On his upcoming release, Baxter Dury shares, โ€œI donโ€™t want to say itโ€™s contemporary,โ€ he summarises. โ€œBecause I sound like a cunt using that word. But it does sound really contemporary. It doesnโ€™t sound like a Harrods hamper band made it. It doesnโ€™t sound like a band made it all. Which is what I wanted most of all. Itโ€™s just something thatโ€™s brand new for me. Itโ€™s quite exciting, really.โ€
