Black Country, New Road drop ‘For The Cold Country,’ the epic final single before the release of their third album ‘Forever Howlong’

On the back of the success of their previous two singles, Black Country, New Road have delivered โ€˜For The Cold Country,’ the final single before the release of upcoming album โ€˜Forever Howlongโ€™, the first studio release since the massively popular โ€˜Ants From Up Thereโ€™.ย

โ€˜For The Cold Countryโ€™ gives May Kershaw her lead vocal studio debut, in a performance that highlights the ability shared throughout the band, with every member seeming to have a whole different loadout to the next. The song serves as an outstanding look at just how good the bandโ€™s songwriting abilities still are, delivering what will be one of the most epic moments on the album.ย

With the release of the album getting closer and closer, being given a teaser like this absolutely enhances the excitement for it. Throughout three singles there has already been some brilliant high points without any of them feeling too similar.ย

The band will tour this album across many intimate UK venues in April before setting off for all kinds of festival dates and later a European/UK tour. Having released live album โ€˜Live At Bush Hallโ€™ in 2023, there will be many hoping to see more live action after the album is fully released.ย
