State Champs

A further 12 acts have been added to Download Festival’s 20th anniversary event this summer

Making their debut on the hallowed turf of Donington Park this summer are experimental Los Angeles rockers Puscifer.

Puscifer lynchpin Maynard James Keenan will be returning Download Festival for the first time since Tool’s spectacular headline performance in 2019. His other band, A Perfect Circle, last played in 2018.

Also confirmed today are Rituals, Canadian hardcore punks Cancer Bats, Hertfordshire rockers Hundred Reasons, recently reunited Welsh outfit Casey, New York pop punks State Champs and self-professed darlings of rock n’ roll Cherry Bombs.

Hundred Reasons

Completing the line-up announcement are all-conquering Welsh TikTok icons Punk Rock Factory, theatrical post-hardcore band Static Dress, South coast punk rockers SNAYX, and Australian alt four-piece RedHook.
