JW Paris unveil music video for their latest single ‘Electric Candle Light’, premiering exclusively via CLUNK Magazine

JW Paris have spent the last few years crafting and mastering their sound and have fast become one of the UK’s most exciting rock acts. Their previous singles ‘Sober’, ‘Favourite Thing’, and ‘Royalty’ all received international radio play on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6, Radio X, and more. They’ve also found themselves opening for acts such as The Amazons, Skinner Brothers, Yonaka, and Avalanche Party.

Now the three-piece which is consists of Danny Collins, Gemma Clark, and Aaron Forde returns with their rip-roaring new single ‘Electric Candle Light’. The track continues the bands outright confidence in their sound, something that is wildly infectious. Opening with a swaggering guitar that quickly envelopes into a wide sounding, riff fuelled rock n roll triumphant, making space for hard hitting percussion and swaggering vocals. You cannot help but get lost in the reverb drenched goodness.

Speaking on the release Aaron Forde says: “For us, this is one of our stand-out singles. We purposely wrote it to feel like you are looking back on those nights through rose-tinted/nostalgia glasses. The song has a net-nostalgia theme with lines like ‘make a copy onto a floppy and allow me drive’. We have drawn influence from all our favourite artists including Blur, Suede, Jack White, FOALS, Joy Division and Rolling Stones”.

We’re incredibly proud to be premiering the bands music video for their latest single ‘Electric Candle Light’, which sees a variety of BTS photography and videography.
