From breakthrough performances at SXSW and The Great Escape, to their current run of SOLD OUT headline shows in the capital, and landmark festival appearances at Glastonbury and Latitude, Blaenavon are rapidly emerging as one of 2016’s most exciting new acts.

The band draw the best elements of The Cure and The Smiths blended with indie sensibilities backed by powerful and emotive songwriting, so it isn’t surprising they have teared through the UK music circuit.

Latest single ‘Let’s Pray’ is currently on regular rotation at Radio 1 – picking up daily plays and being championed by Annie Mac and Huw Stephens and of course Clunk Magazine.

‘Let’s Pray’ is a bouncy hook laden number that romanticizes feelings of isolation and loneliness, this intricate and powerful songwriting makes Blaenavon a force to be reckoned with.
