Indie-pop supergroup boygenius announce huge North American tour ahead of their debut album, ‘The Record’, out 31st March

boygenius is made up of indie-pop legends Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus. After their wildly successful debut self-titled EP, not to mention each of their wildly successful solo careers, they are finally dropping a full length LP. ‘the record’ is out this Friday and promises to deliver many more heartbreaking, sincere and beautifully written tracks into the indie scene.

As well as a European tour (dates below), boygenius have now announced a North American tour. Joining the trio is a seriously exciting roster of support acts. As well as Carly Rae Jepsen and Broken Social Scene, boygenius will also be joined by relative newcomers Bartees Strange, Illuminati Hotties and, from Bridgers’ own Saddest Factory Records, claud.

Playing a range of iconic venues as well as sets apart of the Re:SET concert series, boygenius will round off their North American tour at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver, Colorado. This venue is a true honour for any band to play and the atmosphere is sure to be ethereal.

With four excellent singles released, news of this tour now out and ‘the record’ itself coming out on Friday, boygenius have a huge year ahead of them. We can’t wait to see how it all unfolds.

‘the record’ is out on Friday 31st March via Interscope Records.
